  • This position reports to the Director of the Miller Academic Center and will be responsible for the accuracy and delivery of the advising program and its components at VMI. The Miller Academic Center facilitates cadets' academic success and timely progress toward a degree.
  • Identifies and coordinates needs.
  • Specific learning skills programs will be offered to the Corps; training times will include Dean's Training Times and Academic Saturdays.
  • Provides advisors with the information and training necessary for them to guide their advisees.
  • Serves as the Dean's representative to the S-2 by meeting regularly to train and coordinate with them, as they lead their peers in learning and support programs.
    Responsibilities:
  • Routinely monitor and communicate academic curriculum information and updates as needed to specific audiences.
