Executed large-scale infrastructure decommissioning, including rack and hardware removal, network and cabling infrastructure, and asset reconciliation to meet audit and security compliance requirements.
Assisted in Infrastructure projects including Data Center Aisle Containment, power distribution improvements, and retrofit deployments. Conduct bi-weekly comprehensive audits of all data halls to ensure compliance with safety and security standards while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and respond to power and environmental health alarms to ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical data center infrastructure.
Execute rack and stack deployments of network and server hardware—including switches, routers, servers, PDUs, and copper/fiber cabling—ensuring proper grounding and reliable infrastructure integration.
Provides support to end users on multiple issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to phone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Assisted 30-40 members a day with account/membership issues, general check-ins, and other customer related issues. Served as a liaison for members and personal trainers to match customers based on their fitness goals. Assisted parents when enrolling their children in swim lessons.
