• President of Grassfield High School Black Engineers Club. This club is affiliated with the National Society of Black Engineers and is open to any students interested in science, technology, and mathematics in STEM. The club provides activities to help students discover how engineering and technology relate to the world around them.
• Executive Team member of the Greenbrier Family YMCA Teen Leadership Club - leadership-development program for high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community. In addition to teaching teens leadership through service, Leaders Clubs advisors introduce teens to all the work the Y does to strengthen the community, and inspire and prepare teens to become future Y leaders.
• Novice Boxer and mentor at 757 Boxing Chesapeake. This program fosters a friendly and safe environment to build character, confidence, and community through boxing. With an emphasizes on developing boxing fundamentals, technical skills, and athletic performance. Kayden has been a boxer for 5 years and served as a mentor to the age group 7-12 for 3 years.
