I've been working since I was a Junior in High School and have developed a strong work ethic and a perfectionist mind set. I give my all to any job worked regardless of how big or small it is. I show up early and stay late to ensure the job is done right. I don't cut any corners when it comes to working and am not satisfied with 99%.
Performed the regular duties of a letter carrier, which include (but not limited to):
I worked all types of delivery which include walking routes, all driving routes, apartment CBUs, and dismounting routes. I currently work six days a week and up to twelve hours a day.
As the AMM of the Lynnhaven Old Navy, I was primarily responsible for the Kids and Baby department. I handled everything regarding this department which includes (but not limited to):
I started at Old Navy as a Brand Associate and ended up working in all areas of the store. On the sales floor, I excelled at folding the clothes and cleaning up fixtures. In the fitting rooms, I maintained a clean and organized space while still interacting with customers. At the cash wrap, I was quick to complete transactions and I was one of the top card performers at the store (I still hold the record of thirteen card applications processed in one day).
I was promoted to Assistant Manager of Merchandising less than a year after I'd started. In this role, I was responsible for around twenty-five employees. I learned many skills including cash handling, security deposits, customer deescalation, time sheet management, and many more.
Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. I worked mornings Monday through Friday and was primarily tasked with cleaning the restrooms. Other responsibilities include (but not limited to):
As a Game Advisor, I was the main point of contact for most customers. This would include helping a guest to find a specific product, if they asked for a recommendation I'd give my recommendations, I'd complete transactions at the register while selling our Loyalty program and warranty, would conduct trade ins of video games, phones, and consoles while following proper procedures, and sold preorders to ensure future business. While not dealing with customers, I would clean up the sales floor by straightening the game shelves, picking up products off the floor, fixing our Funko Pop wall, and after close I'd vacuum the store every night.
As a Cashier, I worked Front of House and interacted with guests directly. I would be the one to take their orders while highlighting any specific requests, I'd prepare their drinks, and also made specific desserts.
As a Dishwasher, I worked Back of House and performed all the duties of a dishwasher. I'd also been given extra responsibilities including squeezing out fresh lemon juice from lemons for our lemonade, I was tasked with running to the freezers to bring out fries, and I was also responsible for rotating the chicken in our thawing cabinets.
I was primarily responsible for the prep-work for other technicians. This includes (but not limited to):
After the repair and paint, I'd be responsible for putting everything back exactly how it was. This includes ensuring all gaps are even and symmetrical on both sides.
