Control Room Operator with a strong focus on safety, system reliability, process monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Oversaw plant operations, responded to abnormal conditions, coordinated with field personnel, and maintained production performance. As a Control Room Operator I oversee and am responsible for many tasks as listed below.

• Develop and ensure LOTOs are properly prepared and the right tags are hung to ensure zero energy and pressure state to ensure 100% safety when personnel are working on equipment.
• Oversee and review alarms, monitor equipment, work with fellow operators on tasks that need to be done to ensure plant stability.
• Ensure environmental compliance and monitor CEMS to make sure in compliance with Environmental.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance PMs with fellow Operators to ensure equipment is in spec.
• Follow procedures to start up and shut down units as needed

As an Operator I was tasked with running the floor and ensuring proper system capability, monitored and checked equipment on the floor and, completed task as needed for CROs and Supervisor. I attended school for 39 Months to complete the Operator program and completed oral boards. I also learned many trades while in class for troubleshooting, These are a few more of the in-depth task I completed in this role before my promotion to CRO.

• Walk down equipment and ensure oil levels were adequate
• Made sure equipment was running efficiently and if not was tasked to troubleshoot and write up for maintenance
• Help my co-workers train and walk down equipment to show them and guide them for future task they would be asked to do.
• Ensure safety and barricades up where should be
• Worked LOTO during outage to ensure equipment properly tagged for scope of work of outages

As a Cable Technician I was tasked with many duties ensuring servers were transported safely to desired spots and cabled up correctly to ensure proper data storage for the cloud. My in-depth duties are listed below.

• Transported servers off trucks safely and unmounted them.
• Transported to colos to station and cable.
• Completed duties as requested by supervision.

As a Manufacturing Associate I managed the wire drawing operations. I operated a forklift and transported coils to be drawn down smaller by using slightly smaller dyes. I was in charge of making sure the product was drawn down to the correct size and had no imperfections. Handled finishing processes and prepared shipping documentation.
