- Hold weekly subcontractor meetings with onsite foreman and Project managers to discuss 2-week, 4 week, and 8 week look ahead schedules, discuss safety, coordinate all trade work, and resolve any design conflicts.
- Create RFI’s and communicate directly with the Architect and Engineers to resolve any design questions or issues.
- Manage several assistant superintendents and Project engineers on both job sites.
