Outside of fitness, I’m deeply into creative storytelling — play-by-play, podcasting, and voiceover work. I also care for two rescue rabbits, which has made me incredibly observant, gentle, and patient. I’m fascinated by emotional intelligence, sports history, and West Coast culture — and I’m always either journaling, cold plunging, or planning my next recovery-enhanced smoothie. I move with purpose, but I don’t take myself too seriously!
