I am responsible for creating the work packages for instrumentation of construction of an AP1000 nuclear reactor. Duties included making weld maps , doing field inspections , keeping the packages up to date, and working with QC to ensure quality.

Installed dairy tube for Breyers ice cream plant

Calibrate instruments for 2-on 1 co-gen GE turbine to HRSG . In charge of 6 men 1500 instruments to calibrate 3000 loops to shoot. Start up adjacent water plant and commission to running plant configuration.

Took out and replaced all lube oil and cooling piping for 2 Hydro electric units at Taum Sauk mountain

Pipefitter for the first 3 months grinding fitting welding 8" carbon steel and various ash lines nuvaloy . Finished the job by calibrating all the instruments and shooting loops for start up.

I was in charge of 35 pipefitters installing instruments on a 3 0n 1 Siemens gas co-gen. I was responsible for acquiring the instruments locating suitable install locations . Making sure the tubing was ISA compliant and ordering all material.

I was required to construct instrumentation work packages for a new 2 0n 1 co-gen . Plan work for 40 pipefitters and 3 instrument techs on a condensed schedule . Maintain quality ISA standard of instrument install and tubing install. I did schedule as well as commissioning schedule .

I was in charge of 10 pipefitters and 1 instrument tech on a Hydrogen plant at a Refinery in Warren PA . My job included making sure of correct instrument placement and install of all trace tubing. I also helped with loop shooting and commisioning .

I was in charge of the install of the instruments on a HRSG added to a a gas turbine . I had a crew of 15 pipefitters and 4 instrument techs doing cals and loop shooting. I was responsible for location of the instruments as well as proper tubing practices . I also was in charge of all material orders and tools as well.

Did calibrations loop checks and valve work on a desulphurization of a coal fired power plant.

Ran a small crew of pipefitters doing an expansion on SEMO State University River Campus. We did a remodel of all existing heating and cooling lines as well as the plumbing. I was in charge of material and making sure all was put in according to code.

I had a crew of 12 pipefitters and 4 instrument techs in building a Biomass boiler in Rothschild WI I was in charge of installing 250 instruments as well as calibrating them. I engineered the sample lines and oversaw quality of the tubing install.

Comissioned 3 new Ball Mills at Merom power plant calibrated 60 new instruments . Stared up 3 new blowers with Limitorque valves and Yokogawa transmitters.

Start up on 2 850MW coal fired power plants worked on everything from coal pulverizers to ID fans. Loop shooting to run support for start up.

General forman over 40 pipefitters on a GE 2 0n 1 power plant. I was responsible for care , custody , and control for all 1100 instruments . My first goal was to make sure of quality install making sure all tube was ISA compliant. I had to make sure schedule was met and productivity did not suffer because of that.

Did checks on all of the Emerson Cabinets , and checked all fuses for the Emerson Cabinets .Did basic calibrations on water plant instruments including PH probes and Yokogawa instruments

Instrument Tech for back half install at Coffeen and Duck Creek power plants. Worked on Howden ID fans , Limitorque valves , Yokogaw Transmitters , and Omar Vega density meters. Calibrated , loop shoot and commissioned all of the above.

Job required me to go into grocery stores take out the existing coolers and freezers and replace them within 1 shift. We would also replace entire refrigeration compressor racks. Had to adhere to all EPA standards for refrigerant handling and required to coordinate with store managers to get

Nightshift foreman 15 pipefitters Chrysler Fenton plant turn around. My job was to tear out and replace all water and air lines for the south plant .Keep my men busy and make sure tools and material were always available

I designed all the new high pressure control oil lines for the main steam stop vales for both units at New Madrid . The fabrication came in there were 0 cut outs and everything fit as it should.
