• Manage all aspects of Facility Management for HII facilities as directed. Includes serving as Property management Liaison for all maintenance and lease activities for six different facilities and Construction Manager for all construction projects including the construction of a Cleared OS space in our Orlando market.

Maintain the BUILDER data base with 100% input of inspection results for DHA (Defense Health Agency). This requires travel and access to military bases all over the world and includes performing Site Lead responsibilities when necessary.

• Performs detailed facility condition assessments of all electrical and mechanical systems at healthcare facilities on military bases for DHA (Defense Health Agency). This requires travel and access to military bases all over the world and includes performing Site Lead responsibilities when necessary.

• Manage all aspects of Engineering for two six story commercial real estate properties totaling 91,000 sf.

• Manage all aspects of Engineering to streamline operations for two six story commercial real estate properties totaling 91,000 sf.

• Manage all maintenance and construction activities for over 300,00 SF of Commercial real estate at four different properties located in three different municipalities.
