2019 Outstanding Performance Award: District Manager- Retail
During 2018 and 2019 I was in charge of the takeover of 44 Lowes locations in the Virginia/Maryland Market. I managed all projects related to the takeover including store resets, product transition and returns to warehouse, hiring the Field Service Reps that would eventually service this new District, building store relationships with store management, and eventually leading the US Retail channel in sales and performance.
