I have been proudly working for Wegmans for over 131/2 years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow within several different departments. While in PPF, I was able to grow as a customer service professional by interacting with customers daily. During my time in Catering, I master the art of multi-tasking improved organizational skills. At the Sea Food Bar, I grew tremendously in my CS skills and got positive customer comments daily. I was able to improve my culinary skills and even helped chef with meal recommendations. These skills lead me to the Produce dept where I gained many skills such as, Ordering on WISE, TIBO and CAO. Scheduling was another accomplishment as the produce team is quite large and I was able to schedule our team to cover all our labor requirements. I have experience as TL in the Market, Produce and now as a Receiving Coordinator. Many valuable skills that I have learned and would be an asset to the Deli is managing others, ordering product, performance planning, merchandising, food and human safety, customer service and prioritizing. I am confident I can bring the same excellent customer service, product knowledge, dedication and attention to detail to the Deli team. The drive and motivation to learn and grow a new department will benefit the department and I'm confident I can generate the same great success that I have in prior departments.
