- On the opening of the Virginia Beach location, I transfered from Chesapeake to this location. Though not part of the Growth Team myself, I helped train our new team members alongside them
- Still working with Stan, I learned much more about the operation and execution a perfect shift takes as I progressed in the HIPO program.
- Currently I am taking a more frontline role in my zone during operations; Using the training from HIPO I have been able to identify bottlenecks as they are forming and am able to take action to mitigate them.
