  • Lead Administrator for the Army Force Management School (AFMS). Responsible for reviewing all correspondence that requires the Commandant's signature and ensuring that all memos are correctly formatted IAW Army Regulation 25-50 and 25-52. Handle all logistical support for the school. The logistical support includes but is not limited to the purchase of supplies to enable all courses to be completed with the utmost professional support, coordination of events and special lunches during classes, the preparation of printed course materials for all courses, and the alternate administration of the key control program. Ensures that Government printing equipment is maintained through job orders to the respective companies that own the equipment. Additionally, responsible for managing the PMAC team. The PMAC Team now executes all the students in-processing for the courses taught at the school. The team is responsible for assisting all students during the in-processing at AFMS. The electronic student folders contain all documents (related to their school's experience) are maintained. Improved the in-processing process to be more efficient, less time-consuming and facilitates students’ smoother introduction to our school and systems. Supports all faculty members with course materials. All course materials are always delivered to students on time and the presentation of these materials has significantly improved as well. Manages the day-to-day operations for Other Direct Cost (ODCs) in the contract. Ensure that all materials are accounted for and that CALIBRE's accounting team gets the records they need to bill the government. Supports over 1,500 students with 8 active courses and approx. 50 classes. For every course there are course materials and graduation materials that have been created.
