Performed multiple Special Operations missions including Personal Security Detachment missions for High Value Principals/Targets. Planned, coordinated, and trained foreign personnel to provide additional security and overwatch. Performed Sergeant of the Guard duties for security detachment at Team House. Other duties and responsibilities including security monitoring of persons of interest and equipment. Planned, coordinated, and conducted numerous truck and personnel convoys in hostile environment. Planned, coordinated, and conducted over 50Personal Security Detachment operations for principals of varying importance from Senior Military Flagged Officers to the Senior Civilian Representative (SCR) for the Department of State, and foreign officials in Afghanistan and Iraq. Coordinated training for numerous Soldiers, Sailors and Officers to ensure combat readiness standards were met according to US Army training standards and priorities.

Provide response to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, incident detection, observation, physical security, overwatch and reconnaissance to assigned clients, staffing deficiencies, and handling client requests in a timely manner. Provide exceptional observational skills and close attention to detail, work independently on assignments, liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors. Provide flexibility and rapid response to dynamic situations with sound judgment as well as maintain the ability to perform duties on a national and international level.
Maintain and develop relationships with clients, facilitate collaboration, and ability to influence informally across different departments within the team. Track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements within provided guidelines. Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities. Provide assistance to employees and create a safe and friendly environment for visitors and clients in a professional manner. Attend project meetings upon request to assess the security implications of proposed changes. Work independently and adapt to various work-paces, in
the US and abroad, while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness and energy. Responsible for client and family safety, as well as safeguarding client assets. Watch for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site and during travel. Conduct ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments. Conduct all aspects of protective advance operations. Maintain up to date knowledge of local and foreign emergency services, routes, and points of interest within a given area of responsibility. Provide armed close personal protection for the welfare and physical protection of a HVT (High Value Target).
Provide executive protection and logistics support as needed, including travel both domestically and abroad.
Part of a small, dynamic team that built a command center and established new policies for a brand-new detail for the company. Trained with the M4 carbine rifle, and Glock 23 and assigned as the tactical responder for any high threat incident to the protectee or property. Perform protective advance planning, threat vulnerability assessments, route reconnaissance, route overlays, emergency evacuation planning, surveillance, and counter-surveillance. Center point for disseminating information regarding security-related incidents to the protectee and leadership. Coordinate contingency
plans and medical responses to emergencies. Ability to work independently and to adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high level of attentiveness, energy, and professionalism. Exercises sound operational judgment and flexibility to shifting priorities and challenges. Securely transport the client and/or family members to events and appointments, using evasive and/or defensive driving tactics using armored and unarmored vehicles, as needed. Complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements.
