• Supervised 12 personnel in the management of Quality Assurance (QA) and aviation safety programs in support of 13 MH-53E aircraft and 29 Maintenance Programs.
• Established a Trend Analysis Program providing an effective tracking of aircraft discrepancies and trends resulting in significant increases in the mission capability rates.
Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Instructor:
• Performed ground and flight training to newly assigned and veteran flight crews. Accumulated over 2400 hours of flight and 439 hours of AMCM tow operations.
• Performed NATOPS qualification check rides for aircrewman to three Navy and one Marine Corps squadrons ensuring regulatory compliance with Aviation standards.
