- I am one of the "MOD" I open or close depending on my shift and I ensure the shift runs smoothly.
- My goal is to make sure all guest walk in and leave with a smile.
- Additionally I help a lot with our birthday parties which include helping with the booking process of the birthday parties or helping the parents/host the day of the party etc...
- If closing I make sure everything is properly cleaned and all POS are closed out and ready for the next shift in the morning.
- Lastly I helped a-lot with community outreach by going to different events and promoting flight by giving out information on what Flight has to offer!

- I'd contact all the parents whom are booking their children's birthday and go over everything ensuring their booking is right so everything can run smoothly the day of the party.
- I'd then schedule out the parties to my host and help them if they need it.
