  • Spearheaded a new initiative to institute a nationwide law enforcement training program, resulting in the improvement of training functions and decreased burden on field offices, which was recognized as OIG Innovation of the Year.
  • Instituted a centralized equipment storage and issuance approach to drastically reduce issuance time for new agents and reduce excess equipment costs. This resulted in a $180k savings in ammunition for FY21 and FY22.
  • Routinely provide timely, clear, concise, accurate, and objective oral and written briefings to OIG senior leadership and DOE leadership on sensitive and complex OI matters.
  • Created relationships with Desk Officers and Operations Officers from different OIGs to create an informal working group for best practice and information exchange.
