  • Headed the Assessment Integration Cell, analyzed and provided data and metrics for over 300 mission feedback reports to support the Joint Staff lessons learned program and authored the Standard of Procedures for the Assessment Program.
  • Performed duties as the Training Program manager for the Sustainment Functional Group, managing readiness for over 60 Joint Officers while also building Command wide training scenarios for the over 200 Joint Officers which led to a more qualified force supporting all CCMDs.
  • Performed multiple Global Missions in support of CCMDs and led Operational Planning Team efforts in support for both crisis and contingency operations using the Joint Planning Process.
  • Selected to work at the Pentagon for the Department of the Air Force in a re-structuring and re-optimization effort to enable the Air Force to be better postured to compete with near peer competitors.
