As the Work Center Supervisor for a specialized technical division, I directed the maintenance lifecycle and safety compliance for mission-critical shipboard systems. I managed the daily workflow of junior technicians, ensuring all operations met rigorous maritime and federal safety standards during a high-complexity industrial availability.

-LOTO Program Management: Directed the Tag-Out/Lock-Out (LOTO) program for the work center, ensuring 100% compliance with electrical and mechanical safety protocols. Successfully managed energy isolation for complex system repairs with zero safety infractions.
