My family's food truck. As a cashier I quickly and accurately took customers orders and processed them while trying my best to solve any issues they might have as well. However I did much more than just cashier as it was family operated. I also set up and closed the truck which includes removing all of the equipment from the box truck, setting it up, and cleaning it. Then I also did the same at the end of the day and put it away. Equipment includes but not limited to, tables, utensils, register, tinfoil, carts, tent, hot boxes, and coolers.
