The Commissary Operations Supervisor contributes to the comprehensive management of commissary operations, providing oversight and supervision of personnel and services at the designated prison to maintain optimal operational efficiency. This role demands exceptional supervisory skills, including a proven capacity for leadership and achieving results through effective team management.
Requirements:
Data Center and Computer Room Environmental Supervisor. Providing superior, customized environmental maintenance services to mitigate operational risks and ensure data center uptime. The supervisor will ensure technicians maintain data center surfaces, including equipment, cable ducts, ceilings, walls, floors, and subfloors, as defined by the client’s scope of work. Supervisor will oversee daily environmental maintenance operations and quality programs at assigned accounts or groups of sites. This position will also require managing staff to uphold high service standards in these sensitive environments.
Responsibilities
• Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques.
• Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
• Ensure proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
