  • I did marketing/ admin work for over a year between the after school program and the partnering taekwondo company.
  • While working as a admin assistant at the sistering taekwondo company I managed the client journey, promoted sign ups, scheduled classes, upkept inventory, and displayed exceptional customer service to all staff and clients.
  • I demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and empathy skills while training coaches, enforcing the expectations, organizing and implementing the daily schedule, as well as communicating with the parents and the owners.
  • I switched to Marketing and completed sales and marketing tasks for both sistering company's Stafford's Best After School and U.S academy of Taekwondo
    I also worked from home answering phones, while displaying a professional attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Lastly I was the onsite director of the before and after school program from August, 2025 to November 2025. I put in my 2 week resignation due to needing a more fitting schedule for my school aged kids.
