In September 2002, just two months after graduating, he experienced a life-altering car accident that resulted in paralysis, making him a quadriplegic. Despite this disability, he has not allowed it to impede his determination. Instead, he has used his experience to inspire and connect with others. Even after 23 years, his motivation remains unwavering. Renowned for his strong work ethic, he consistently gives 110% to every endeavor he undertakes. While he may be seated before us, his strength and fearlessness transcend any physical limitations. To many, Justin is considered a local hero not because of his disability but because he consistently discovers abilities within it. Above all, he never fails to prioritize the needs of others. Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Autocad licenses.
  • Maintain plotter paper and ink supply.
  • Utilize Map3d, Civil 3d, and Revit to complete special projects.
  • Revise and create detailed design specs and orthographic details with Operations Managers.
  • Updating and maintaining templates, AutoCAD layers, and drafting/fitting standards, so that all of the engineers and Consultants are using the latest version of AutoCAD and our AutoCAD templates.
  • Utilized Revit to inventory material for the Fulton Gasometer to be disassembled and reconstructed.
  • Train new engineering specialist. teaching them our AutoCad standards so that all drawings are uniformed regardless of who designed it.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fix Autocad software issues, increase their design process, assist with their projects, and assist with the purchase and installation of Autocad software.
  • Collaborated on with the marketing Department to develop a Gas Works standards manual for marketing materials.
