• Counsels students ranging from first-year Bachelors through PhDs on a wide variety of academic, adjustment and interpersonal issues to help them develop more effective and efficient study habits, address communication, interpersonal and cultural challenges, and establish a greater sense of personal and academic balance in their university experience.

• Provides professional counseling for adults, couples and young adults. Drawing from years of experience as an American expat, helps clients develop more effective communication and coping strategies, better manage interpersonal challenges, and embrace the changes in their lives. Special focus on intercultural relationship issues, cultural adjustment, adolescence, pregnancy and new parenthood, and anxiety and stress management.

• Supervised the European attorney recruiting team for an international law firm.
• Worked closely with firm management to oversee the selection and hiring of partners, associates, and summer associates in the European offices.
• Served as liaison between the recruiting office, hiring partners, and senior staff to coordinate development and expansion of European offices.
• An international law firm of over 1000 attorneys with offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Directed and implemented all aspects of the attorney hiring process for summer and first-year associates in the US offices.

• Managed hiring of partners for all US offices and lateral associates for San Francisco.
• Collaborated with hiring partners and office leaders in establishing and reaching hiring goals.

• Oversaw intake and admissions process of dually diagnosed (psychiatric disorder + substance abuse) individuals to the inpatient unit of the hospital.
• Worked with doctors and hospital staff to conduct assessments, establish criteria for admission, and manage intake procedures.
