• Collect and provide summary reports, including session participation and satisfaction data for VMAP for Moms+ provider training. Serve as staff point person on 16-hour provider courses
• Work with VMAP to provide updated flier information, ensure web pages and other materials are up-to-date.
• Communicate with staff, faculty, and attendees before, during and after training programs
• Manage any training-related administrative tasks, including creating registration forms, organizing spreadsheets, formatting slideshows, and any special requests made by team.
• Facilitate CME accreditation, applications, ongoing paperwork, and distribution of credits.
• Record and provide project data to VMAP for Moms+, including but not limited to maintaining participation records, feedback forms, summary reports, satisfaction data, and contracts.

• Oversee a collaborative Communications and Education team of 6 staff members total.
• Create 3 (Organization, Provider, and Volunteer) newsletters monthly alongside regular marketing campaigns and communications to a mailing list of over 7,000 individuals.
• Manages CEU paperwork, attendance, post-training evaluations, and certificates. Creates promotional materials and distributes training info.
• Organized and facilitated all in-person, online, and hybrid training logistics.
• Recruit medical providers to facilitate and attend PSVa’s various training programs

• Travel both in and out of state to conduct training and participate in public speaking engagements.

Worked various roles in several states for the company, working my way from Team Member, to Lead Educator, to Shift Supervisor, and finally Bakery Team Member before leaving in 2018 after accepting a position with Piroshky Piroshky. Returned briefly as a Shift Lead in 2020-2021 after moving back to Virginia during COVID.
