While working at Kroger for over three years I have established many skills and life lessons. But as I was learning these skills I have slowly started to climb up the chain, and when I leave Kroger I would be leaving as a floor supervisor, and cross trained in many of our departments including our pick-up , floral, and bakery departments. But it also strengthens my communications skills with my co-workers and customers. I have learned many different ways to communicate with people who have a hard time communicating. I learned different ways to satisfy customers without going against the store's policy. As I am one of the oldest employee's on the front end there I am tasked with training new employees on the register or self checkout. I get recognized for coming in on days off to help the company when needed, and my hard work and dedication.
I also have a background in managing, when I was in high school I managed the wrestling team for all four years. It has helped me be able to do multitasking better, and use my time wisely
