Revamped the TAO boarding process with new walk thru process, Under Instruction requirements and drill guides to perform on upcoming candidates. Was the preferred watch stander to conduct graded drills from ATG for deployment certifications and train watch teams on proper operation and understanding of SSDS and sensor data. Have 2 deployments experience of watch standing as TAO in Arctic Circle area of responsibility, and also in 5th fleet area of responsibility. Completed 4 BAM Straits transits as TAO, 8 BAM, and 6 Straits of Hormuz transits as Air Defense Weapons Coordinator.

  • As a qualified Master Training Specialist (MTS), personally facilitated 15 hours of master training specialist mentorship and 135 hours of petty officer indoctrination to 120 personnel leading to 10 Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualifications.
  • As Command Anti-Terrorism (ATO) and Force Protection Officer responsible for establishing command security policy, procedures, and implementation for 10,000 students and 150 staff members Anti-terrorism and Force protection training annually.
