  • Started with Clark as entry level Engineer and was promoted through the ranks to Project Manager, Superintendent, to current position of Construction Executive.
  • Oversee all field operations during construction, managing multiple trade partners, project team members, 3rd party inspectors/personnel, and clients.
  • 17+ Years experience successfully building.
  • Howard County Water Reclamation Plant - Coordinated MEP through complex structural concrete elements, oversaw construction of a Methanol Storage Facility and Fire Protection Building
  • CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel - Responsible for all field operations of data collection through a complex NEPA process while developing estimates and providing constructability reviews for multiple potential alternative concepts. Created multi-phase detailed schedule for construction of selected alternate. Oversaw field operations for successful completion of project on time and under budget
  • SeaTac Airport - Lead superintendent for a multiphase expansion of existing terminals. Joined team in phase 2 to develop new plan for successful turnover over subsequent phases.
  • Wargaming Center, Quantico VA - Lead superintendent for new training complex on Marine Corps Base Quantico. Assisting 3rd party government stakeholders to ensure correct functionality of facility, and obtain required security designation.
  • Southwest Airlines Maintenance Hangar BWI Airport- Led project team from bid to closeout for successful turnover of project on time and under budget.
  • Mentored junior staff members for all aspects of construction, including contracts, safety, quality control, and schedule, fostering a positive work environment that encouraged professional growth.
