In my current role as a middle school Special Education Teacher, I design and implement individualized and whole group academic and functional curricula for students with disabilities to promote independence within school, community, and home settings. I prioritize the development of effective communication skills among peers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment and enhance student outcomes.

As a high school field hockey coach, I am responsible for leading, training, and mentoring student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. With the collaboration of my assistant coaches, I plan and conduct daily practices focused on skill development, conditioning, game strategy, and injury prevention. Our program as a whole emphasizes discipline, leadership, and accountability both on and off the field.

I helped ensure athlete safety, compliance with school and league policies, and adherence to eligibility requirements.
