Responsible for 30+ associates in a range of different roles on the front end, to include cashiers, customer leads, office associates, self checkout ambassadors, and our To Go associates. Interview, hire, onboard, and terminate as needed. Maintain accurate cash control and try to keep all costs within company standards, such as labor and payroll. Train, coach, and mentor to those who are in need or those who desire to develop themselves. Build and maintain a friendly but professional relationship with my staff and customers! Follow up with Store Manager to keep her informed of all that is happening in my department. Keep the heads in our district abreast of cash at all times and any situations that they need to be aware of. Make every effort to achieve percentages , totals, and scores that the company has set and make changes if need be to align with company standards. Put the customer 1st at all times is my objective each and every day!!

Build and maintain personal relationships with clients looking to buy/sell a home. Guide them through the home buying process while working along side my husband, who was the Real Estate Agent. Search extensively for homes that met our clients criteria and communicate with them via phone, email, or text on the homes they were interested in. Then work with other agents/companies to allow our clients access to see the homes of their liking. Create and maintain a file for each client, gathering all necessary paperwork needed for either buying or selling a home and if not, I'd work closely with the client to make sure all paperwork was in order to proceed with their journey. Once an offer has been accepted and ratified, I worked with all parties involved, such as clients, agent's, transaction coordinators, lenders, inspectors, title companies, etc., to ensure a quick and smooth transaction. My ultimate goal was to have the home buying or home selling process go as easy and as stress-free for our clients as possible.
