
I would say I am a hardworking person and a person who loves to help my fellow team members if they are having an issue. I value the customers of the store the same way where Im always available to help out if they have any questions. I do focus of customer service trying to get them the best quality in the shortest amount of time, making sure they know their time is valued and to make sure they feel welcomed when in the store.
I would also say Im a hard worker who also prioritizes being clean and stays up with the health code to minimize the risk to myself, team members and the customers of the store.
I also have taught many new employees and know how to adapt to different learning styles making sure along the way, if they have any questions to simply go ahead and ask. I go into depth when I have to teach a new employee, but also try to not cover too much as I have found too much information can be overwhelming.
I would also say I have a strong technical understanding and know how to problem solve and fix technical issues with our technical systems that we have in place. If an issue is not able to be fixed in store I also know what steps to take to work around the issues at hand.
I would also say that Im extremely organized when it comes to delivery's when we order frozen and fresh fruit. I always follow FIFO pushing the oldest to the front and reorganize if something is not where it is supposed to be.
When I was younger still full time being a band member in Skomucon before covid, we would often play many shows in the state and out of state. We won the Louden Youth Fest back in 2019 and played at some big known stages. Some of those being Sound stage in Baltimore, Tally ho in virginia and Cafe 611 in Frederick maryland.
