I am an extremely motivated hard-working person who will do whatever is needed to help my team succeed and make sure the work goes fast and smoothly. From a young age, a good work ethic was instilled in me by my parents and grown-ups around me and it has become something that I take extreme pride in.
As a Busser/Host at Mellow Mushroom, I was responsible for assisting in various front-of-house tasks to ensure smooth operation. My primary jobs included bussing tables, greeting and seating guests, bringing out food to tables, refilling drinks, and cleaning and organizing the seating areas.
As a Food Runner at Catch 31, I played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences within a high-volume, upscale dining environment. Whether it was refilling drinks or bringing out food I took pride in making sure the the customers had the best possible experience.
At the Marriott Hotel as a pool concierge I cleaned the pool deck, supplied towels and anything else guests might need, rented out bikes, as well as set up and took down different events that might happen on the property.
At Harvest I worked as a lime cook, here I made food for customers, prepared for the next day, and took pride in maintaining all food and kitchen safety requirements.
