Ability to manage projects, including developing plans and timelines, determining resource requirements, monitoring progress, and reporting. I have been in management on delivery and retail since 20116 following indicators and procedures anf following my offices performance to be in compliance at the highest level . With over 8 years of delivery and retail experience managing different delivery locations I'm able to manage projects for the improvement of an operation, any project is completed within the timely manner under my watch, I consistently monitor progress with my team and help manage any project with input and reporting result with the team .I stay up today with new programs and technology system . As example every year I oversee all the rural requirement from 2080/2240 issues to LTM monthly updates . Every year a plan is created on my offices with monthly updates and as July no one employee is on the list for going over their evaluated hours. Succeeding with the district requirements.Specifically this past 2 weeks we had to try the new Rural program RRO, Manassas offices successfully completed all rural routes with no issues in the time giving . Ability to review delivery operational models requiring technological changes and improvements, and determine related equipment, systems, or network requirements. With continues improvements on delivery and retail and the new programs I constantly updating my training to ensure i am up today with all new information and updates I have all training requirements for new operational improvements, CRDO, RADAR training and program . related equipment, systems, or network requirements for delivery and retail operations. With open mind set of any new update to the system for the improvement of delivery and retail. with New RADAR program I oversee my offices to be following daily review with carriers and addressing performance to improve my operation. 2. Ability to analyze and evaluate complex delivery issues and programs and identify positive and negative trends. Experience with delivery and retail has giving me the knowledge to be able to identified positive and negative trends, being able to fix an issue before it becomes a problem. From routes not being adjust properly , to employees going over evaluation to any possible issues with 2080/2240 hours , to a proper training to rural employees .The goal is to find the most effective way to manage delivery and retail operations. 4. Ability to coordinate work, maintain positive work relationships and interact with a team sufficient to complete assignments, including communicating orally and in writing and completing tasks independently. I have learn to see lack of involvement and training were major contributors in the office failures. I communicated with the supervisors and employees on daily basis, to discuss work operations and duties, making them aware of current issues in the office, while promoting them to work as a team to have successful days. I delegated work and projects with strict deadlines and monitored their progress and performance very closely. For 5 years I have work as a manager and postmaster learning to complete task timely and independently for the success of the operation I am committed to oversee .5. Ability to collect, analyze and evaluate statistical data to identify trends, develop solutions and recommend necessary actions. I'm responsible for providing daily assignments to EAS, while overseeing efficiency to ensure completion of daily delivery and retail operations. We plan for the best results and prepare for any situations through the day. I continuously coach and provided training, information and leadership to manage operational efficiency. Daily Planning is critical to the success of the operation. By monitoring and coaching employees who have the responsibility of running daily operations, resulted in successful overall performance. 6. Ability to utilize the tools of Lean Six Sigma to analyze operational financial performance; including defining problems, measuring situations, identifying cause and effect relationships, uncovering root causes, communicating findings, and providing recommendations. I'm responsible for overseeing the budget for all my operations including delivery and retail operations. I needed to control cost in order to start reducing hours under Plan and SPLY. I reviewed and analyzed the weekly flash, TACS, DOIS and Finance reports, along with monitoring sick leave percentage and Employee Availability. As a result, we are currently under OT, City and Rural delivery improved with 3% del under SPLY and plan. I monitored supervisor hours ensuring all supervisors completed assignments efficiently and effectively within 8 hours. I also reduced clerks work hours and OT by eliminating time wasting practices. I am continuously working and communicating with supervisor to monitor budget. Constantly identifying causes and the effect this have if it is not addressed timely . daily meetings with my team to provided, coaching and recommendations for the improvement of the operation 7. Knowledge of best practices and industry trends in delivery processes, systems, and technology. able to comply with Microsoft and other tools and software's to compile extract and analyzed data and reports findings to inform development and impacts. 8. SPECIAL CONDITION: Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed. Willing to travel and work weekends as need it.
