LOLA BARKER

I work with a team that provides a variety of financial services for our customers, from standard teller transactions to opening and maintaining accounts. We identify customer needs through our relationships with them and offer them products and services designed to meet those needs.

While in the assistant manager role, I was at various times in charge of teams in Apparel, Homelines, the Front Checkouts, and the Overnight Stocking Operation, as well as having responsibilities in assisting with total store operations. I assisted with various human resources duties related to staffing, time and attendance issues, and associate needs and requests. I also made schedules and responded to associate time-off requests for the entire store for a period of approximately two years.

While in the digital coach role, I was in charge of the online order fulfillment operations team that prepared and dispensed orders to curbside customers and shipped online orders to customers.

While in this role, I was at various times in charge of the teams in Grocery and Consumables, Entertainment, Apparel, Homelines, Hardlines, the Front Checkouts, and Overnight Stocking Operations, as well as having responsibilities in assisting with total store operations.

While in the photo manager role, I was in charge of a team that specialized in fulfilling one-hour photo development, reprint, and enlargement orders and assisting customers with all aspects of their photo needs that included sales of cameras and related supplies.

While in the assistant manager role, I was at various times in charge of the teams in Entertainment, Apparel, Homelines, and the Front Checkouts, as well as having responsibilities in assisting with total store operations.
