I went on long term make up foreman November of 2021 , until I accepted the position permanently in June of 2022. Now I hold the position of being a VCS integration test foreman. As a test foreman it is my duty to study procedures , assure first time quality , make sure cleanliness is being maintained , and to assure that it is all being done in a safe manner. During my time as a foreman I have mastered the ability to effectively multi-task , this includes things such as maintaining open communication with my workers , and actively engaging in meetings with other departments , and still managing to walk job sites daily to assure quality and safety . As a part of my job duties I am responsible to inspect jobs , review mechanics qualifications daily and assign work accordingly. I work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure that procedures are being followed and that the work is being completed safely and cost effectively.
