I am wanting to formally express my interest in the Fleet Coordinator position at Groundworks in Virginia Beach. After reviewing the responsibilities outlined in the job posting, I’m confident that I am already fulfilling many of the core duties of the roles and doing so with initiative, accuracy, and a forward-thinking mindset that aligns with Groundworks' mission and operational goals.
In my current position, I have supported the Fleet Director and team in managing day-to-day operations across our fleet, taking on increasing responsibility and contributing to key departmental initiatives. Notably, I initiated the digital transformation of our fleet processes, setting the goal of having all documentation and workflows fully digitalized by January 2026. This shift aims to increase efficiency, reduce manual errors, and improve accessibility across all branches.

I am proficient in Microsoft 365, with skills in Excel including XLOOKUPs and pivot tables; tools I routinely use to analyze data and report fleet metrics.
Groundworks has cultivated an environment of growth, performance, and innovation, and I take pride in having grown within that culture. I’m excited at the opportunity to formalize the work I’m already doing and contribute to the fleet department at a higher level.
