16 Years 6 Months- Responsibilities include design and dissemination of lesson plans to students ranging in age from 6 to 62, and incorporating both guitar and voice training, depending on the needs and desires of the individual. Application of Alexander technique to help students improve posture and consequently improve vocal range, power and longevity. Lessons are designed to enhance students' strengths and work with their own learning styles, an aspect of learning which seems to be particularly important with younger students and children.

10 Years 4 Months- Responsibilities include teaching guitar and voice in a live format, as well as submitting periodic instructional videos for site archives. High levels of interaction during live instruction as well as use of web cameras to allow students to go “live” and allow instructor to hear and view student progress. Lessons are done in a group setting and incorporate horizontal learning, or rather, instruction from other students present in the live environment.
