Providing safety of this patient at all times and providing activities of daily living such as hygiene, comfort, and nutritional needs. Sits in the assigned patient's room, to observe the patient to ensure the patient causes no harm to themselves, or others. Specifically ensures the patient does not attempt suicide, fall, injure self, remove IVs, dressing, etc. or leaves the hospital against medical advice.

Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, nursing facilities, or other locations as required. Assist patients in and out of vehicles, ensuring proper use of stretchers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids.
