January 2019, I had been promoted to Food and Beverage Manager with only the experience in Banquets for so many years but, my general manager and my mentor at the time, Mr. David Cassel seen more in me than I seen in myself. For a whole year up until our hotel was sold, Mr. Cassel mentored and embedded me with the knowledge and craft of what it takes to be not just a great Food & Beverage manager but, a great individual focusing on my emotional intelligence. Throughout my years of working in hospitality, i have receive many server of the year awards, associated of the quarter and, associate of the year award. Roughly five years now, I have been in the production manufacturing field working for a company called Mitsubishi Chemical Group under the Alpolic division, producing special aluminum composites such as fire retardant(FR) and Polyethylene(PE). Within my fourth year with the company I got promoted to production lead. Resourcefully known for high productivity and efficient task completion.
