Summary

My current position as a Production Supervisor has given me the ability to develop and lead a group of talented individuals to build some of the worlds greatest warships. Focusing mainly on safety and budgeting costs while maintaining a strict schedule and first time quality is challenging but also rewarding when instructing qualified craftsmans to work as a team to accomplish countless difficult tasks. My current leadership roles inspire me to perform at much higher standards and I seek new positions and challenges to better improve my leadership skills as well as others around me to become future leaders. Always willing to help, guide and assist everyone gives me the drive to reach my highest potential and strive for the best.
