Team work in the terrain park is one of the most important things, communicating with your co-workers and supervisor in a timely manner and working together on jobs that may require more hours and longer shifts, together if we all work accordingly and have respect for patrons, co-workers other departments on the mountain than we are providing a more than exceptional ski enviroment that people would love to return to.

I've always enjoyed working hard outside whether its cutting grass and physical groundskeeping year-round, or being a paintball referee in the middle of summer, or while working on the mountain during the middle of winter. Being out in nature and performing a job task makes me feel wonderful and wholesome, giving love to an area and environment that you and other's share and enjoy gives me complete joy after everyday working outside. If i am outside working i will be more than happy to provide a great and fun experience with anyone whether it be a customer, patron, co-worker or supervisor leaving the day with major fulfillment, shared happiness, together feeling apart of the beautiful places we share and work outside.
