- Member of new drafting team that was tasked with all manuscript drafting for publicly traded insureds. In a pivot from the traditional legal role, this role included being client and broker facing and negotiating policy terms.
- Drafted primary manuscript forms and endorsements for primary Directors & Officers (D&O), excess D&O, Side A D&O, Fiduciary, Employment Practices and Crime policies.
- Drafted broker specific terms for AIG's Fiduciary form and its new D&O policy form

- Worked on the business side of National Accounts which was publicly traded companies over $1 Billion in revenue.
- Advised and approved specific policy language on AIG's most complex accounts.
- Developed my own internal proprietary database from scratch of all of AIG's securities claims and its open exposures available in real-time. With my experience as an underwriter but also with my legal background I took complex legal decisions and capture that data into a readable and usable form which was called the SCA Tracker.
- Presented quarterly to the businesses and to each region so they could know in real-time what were the leading causes of loss and what underwriting decisions could be made with that data.
- Provided monthly and quarterly updates to Financial Lines leadership and to AIG's CFO office ahead of earnings calls. Drafted script for AIG earnings call in this particular area and it was read on AIG earnings call at least twice.
- Worked on the drafting team with the CUO that developed the AIG D&O Statement.

- Led a team of 4-5 people for the public company book of business for AIG. During this time I brought in and developed several talented colleagues with little to no experience. The team that was there when I transitioned to my next role, are all still at AIG with two people in management positions and one as a senior underwriter.
- Our book of business was approximately $100M when I left the team. We wrote D&O, Fiduciary, Employment Practices and Crime lines of business.
- Served as the head of several product teams including Biotech and our Side A team where we created the Side A Match endorsement which has been replicated by most of the D&O insurance carriers.
- Developed very strong relationships with the retail and wholesale brokers including Marsh, Aon, Willis, RT Specialty and Arc.
