· Triaged data of anomalous events collected by User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Tools, and other data analytics tools and sources to decipher underlying trends and uncover anomalies.

· Elevated events of concern and produced proactive Insider Threat leads that documented issues on computer misuse, various violations of policies, counterintelligence concerns, foreign influence, financial stressors, threats to self or others, Continuous Evaluation (CE), adjudicative and other insider threat concerns.

· Provided analytic case support to investigations, administrative or security inquiries, counterintelligence risk assessments, or other adjudicative assessments, OIG misconduct issues, DoD investigations and external agencies.

· Utilized open-source research techniques, including social media exploitation to identify relevant information and resolve intelligence gaps.

· Documented all referral activities in written products and reports, completed special analytical projects as directed by leadership, and presented findings in the form of briefings and/or reports to leadership.

· Operated under the direction/supervision of the Regional Field Manager (RFM), provided back up support for the RFM when they are not available.

· Conducted field investigations for customers in the intelligence community, DoD, DHS/CBP/ICE, USPS, NGA by maintaining a specified lead load on multiple contracts.

· Assist in training new Employee Investigators (EIs) as directed by the RFM, guided EIs who are having difficulty meeting their required production metrics.

· Conducted periodic check-rides of all EIs assigned in their area of responsibility.

· Communicated with EIs to gather information on their caseload and re-assign leads to improve Investigator efficiency.

· Notified the RFM if there are any issues concerning the quality, production, or timeliness of EIs.

· Established and maintained a good professional relationship to further the organization success and national security mission.

· Conducted federal background investigations and prepare reports of investigations in compliance with ICD 704 standards, all laws, and other required federal agency regulations.

· Conducted comprehensive interviews with employers, associates, references and other knowledgeable individuals.

· Cases are completed on a high priority schedule, involve in-depth interviews with key executives at all levels of government, private industry, academia and the professions.
