- Lead the submission process that reduced $530M of the $2.5 billion LOC in 2008 resulting in an annual cash savings of $1.3M per year in total LOC fees
- Lead the quarterly “Letter of Credit Reduction Request” to the TA (Transition Administrator –Independent party established by the FCC) in order to reduce the $2.5 billion Line of credit assumed by Sprint as part of 800 MHz Rebanding project
- Played a key role in the quarterly “Cost Submission for Credit” to the TA (The cost submitted to TA as of 2015 is $2.7 billion)
- Solely responsible for maintaining detailed reconciliation and retrieving data from various internal systems for one of the major cost categories (Licensee cost) totaling $1Billion
- Identified $1M in duplicate payments in 2008, collaborated with AP and finance manager to recover funds, and reported recovery progress to management.
- Created and enhanced reconciliation worksheets for each cost category to fulfill specific requirements of the TA.
