· Independently maintain valid insurance on all escrow accounts
· Disburse real estate tax payments to local governments in amounts in excess of $200,000
· Complete yearly escrow analysis on all escrowed loans
· Disburse hazard and flood insurance premiums weekly from escrow accounts
· Effectively work with third party tracking company on non-escrowed loans
· Accurately pay invoices and maintain records
· Perform duties under critical timelines with full accuracy
· Professionally answer incoming calls and emails to the Mortgage Department
· Adapt to various forms of mortgage software and systems
· Provide a high level of service to customers; including internal customers consisting of loan officers, underwriters, and management
· Maintain the accounts receivable records
· Perform daily reconciliation of expected versus actual payments
· Review past due reports
· Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts
· Handle customer inquiries regarding their accounts
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Manage and organize incoming and outgoing deliveries
