As an assistant pool manager, I supervised daily pool operations and helped maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. I assisted with managing lifeguards, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies and customer concerns. I also supported the pool manager with scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and general pool maintenance.

Supervised cashier team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service, trained new cashiers on company policies, procedures, and POS system use, and assisted customers by answering questions and fulfilling requests.

Responsible for a morning group of 10-15 children ages 4-12 to include following a set schedule, ensuring a safe environment, handled front desk duties, updated parents as needed, coordinated future classes, ensured fun for all.
