I was the sole accountant/financial manager on staff, and therefore was solely responsible for financial accounting and reporting and advising senior management on financial decisions. Non-profit organization which develops local libraries in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza and encourages independent reading in children and publishing books and applying reading campaigns in the country.

I oversaw the accounting for PARC which had $3million in donor funds, 150 employees working in 7 different offices distributed between cities in the West Bank and Gaza. I oversaw the accountants in the regional offices as well as provided financial report to donors such as Ford Foundation, OXFAM, and European funders. PARC is the leading organization training farmers and helping them market their crops outside the country. PARC also works to help village women establish their own small businesses, including training and lending loans with a low interest rate.
