• I have been renovating a 73 year old home in Norfolk for the last 11 years.
• In my spare time I build street rods and attend car shows.

I have been recognized for successfully coordinating a 50 million dollar renovation of several patient wings, emergency department, new operating rooms, and cafeteria renovations.

This project included the installation and major upgrade of new electrical panels, HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing, medical gas, vacuum pumps, steam pipe, etc.

I saved the hospital 75 thousand dollars when our 400 foot long underground sewer system to the operating room had to be replaced. I received bids from contractors for 150 thousand dollars that would have involved major demolition in areas of patient and Doctor parking areas including removing light poles, pavement, landscape, etc.

My job as project manager at Virginia Beach General was to attend weekly meetings with the corporate manager to coordinate the daily activities of construction with the hospital Vice President, Doctors, Directors, and managers of all affected areas.
