● Monitored the interior and exterior property using CCTV surveillance to include 79 PTZ and 360 view cameras. Notified the shift supervisor of any suspicious activity.

● Called out the properties fire panel system into a “Test Mode” status when instructed to by facilities / management
● Maintained a tenant compliance log for management for any tenants that did not open on time per their lease agreement.
● Entered and reported any work orders to the facilities department for any repair issues, water leaks etc.

● Assigned patrol officers equipment: radio, badge, keys, voice recorder at the beginning of the shift.
