  • As inside sales, some of my responsibilities included:
  • Account Management and consultative selling. Conduct business needs analysis and develop appropriate product solutions for the customer/prospect. Research all accounts to find areas that can be improved with new or additional products.
  • Outbound Prospecting calls to build new customer base.
  • Handle all inbound customer calls regarding product questions and resolve order and billing inquiries.
  • Have constant communication with our retail and distribution customers to keep our products on the shelf and stay ahead of any issues.
